About the Event

This whole month - Let's come together every morning to practice Pranayama and Mindfulness together, and boost our immunity and healing powers!

We have both types of sessions - paid and free.

Free - every weekend

Paid - weekdays.

For the paid sessions, there is no fixed payment. It is a tough time for everyone, and hence let's focus on raising our energies higher. Whatever energy exchange you heart feels should be good here, will be accepted with gratitude.

The link for joining the Free sessions on weekends will be sent to you with a confirmation email, once you register.

The same link will be used every weekend.
